Do I need an account to store?

No, creating an account is optional for us. You can also shop as a guest and place your order without creating an account.

How can I ensure that my desired clothing item is available?

To ensure that your desired clothing item is available, we recommend visiting our website regularly. Our inventory is automatically replenished once a week, allowing you to discover the latest items in our collection. We constantly update our product list to ensure you find the best and most current styles. Make sure to check in every week to catch any of our new arrivals and to stay up-to-date with our latest offerings.

Can I have an existing design transferred to another product?

Yes, that is possible! If you would like to see a specific design on a different product that is currently not available in our range, simply send us an email at support@ganzar.design and let us know your request. Please also specify the design and the product you would like it transferred to.

We will do our best to fulfill your request and provide you with a quote. However, please note that this is subject to product availability.

My product has defects. What should I do?

We apologize for your dissatisfaction with your product. If your product has any defects, please contact us immediately via email at support@ganzar.design or fill out the contact form under Contact, providing us with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. It would be helpful if you could also provide us with photos of the product so that we can better understand the problem and assist you more quickly.

Please note that you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods. If the product is damaged or defective, we will be happy to send you a replacement or refund the purchase price.

Why does my product have a vinegar smell or a color mist when I unpack it?

In digital printing, a biodegradable, water-based solution is applied to the textile for pre-treatment. If you notice a slight vinegar smell or a color haze on the textile after unpacking your order, there is no need to worry. Both will disappear after the first wash. The printing ink we use is free of harmful substances and certified according to Oeko-Tex 100.

A) Length

Place the end of the tape next to the collar at the top of the shirt (highest shoulder point). Pull the tape measure to the bottom of the shirt.

B) Half chest circumference

Place the garment on a flat surface and measure from left to right across the chest, about 2 inches below the arms.

Measurements are provided by suppliers and garments may run smaller or larger with a variation of +/- 2.5 cm (1 in).

Our size chart for long sleeve T-shirts

A) Length

Place the end of a tape measure next to the collar at the top of the shirt (highest shoulder point). Pull the tape to the bottom of the shirt.

B) Halber Brustumfang

Lay the garment on a flat surface and measure from left to right across the chest, about 2 cm under the arms.

C) Ärmellänge

Lay the garment on a flat surface and pull the sleeve away from the shirt. Measure the sleeve from the top of the shoulder to the opening of the sleeve.

Measurements are provided by suppliers and garments may be +/- 2.5 cm (1 in) smaller or larger.

Stylish and comfortable, our hoodies are designed in a slim fit design to offer a slim aesthetic. To keep you comfortable, we recommend choosing one size larger than usual.

 


 

How are things going with shipping?

We produce our products on demand (print-on-demand), which means that we will produce your product only after we receive your order. We will ship your order within 1-3 business days after we receive your payment. Delivery time depends on your location and is usually 4-9 business days for shipping within the EU and EFTA, and 7-15 business days for international shipping.

Shipping costs are:

  • 3,99 EUR for shipping within EU and EFTA
  • 4,99 EUR (appr. 5,50 USD) for shipping to USA
  • 6,49 EUR (appr. 9,38 CAD) for shipping to Canada
  • 6,49 EUR for international shipping

Orders over 30 EUR for shipping within the EU, UK and EFTA and 50 EUR (appr. 55 USD, appr. 73 CAD) for international shipping are free of shipping charges.

Please note that we currently ship only within Europe, USA and Canada.

What is the return shipping process?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving the goods. Please contact us by email at support@ganzar.design and provide us with your order number. To help us process your complaint quickly, you can also send us photos of the product.

You are required to return the product in perfect condition and in the original packaging. As soon as we receive the goods, we will check them and contact you as soon as possible.

How can I become a GanZar brand ambassador?

  2. Disclose your social media accounts: Share your social media accounts with us, where you intend to represent our brand. This allows us to assess your presence and engagement.
  3. Specify where you are active: Indicate the platforms on which you are active, whether it's Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or others. Depending on your presence on different platforms, we can establish a suitable partnership.
  4. Wait for our response: After submitting the form, our team will review your application. If you are selected, we will get in touch with you to discuss further details, including the commission agreement.
